Wow how amazing a drive up from Garden Grove can make! Now I normally work out in OC garden grove, buena park, Huntington Beach areas but man tonight I decided to change it up a bit! And Boy did I ever! From the moment I walked into the club it smelled Dingy like down right dirty as I walked around it seemed as though everyone and there mom was on roids lol! Even the music was either hard rock or old school rap like the Fugees. It reminded me of gold's gym from when Arnold used to work out! Weights were being chucked into the air like plastic frisbies, and on top of that the basketball court was empty! Go Figure eh ... I tell ya the mood was to lift and to lift hard! All in all if your looking for that old school gym experience come here definately, if you want that relaxed mellow top 40 music playing expeirence go else where. I now know where im heading on my heavy days ill tell ya that much!

thats sounds cool, you should check out the big sports gym in orange. its like a little gang hang out. Little kids with tats trying to lift big. its cool though they dont bug me and i always get to use the equipment i want. even at peek times. It use to be bad but now its ok. I dont know what happend.
