Meal One *:
Oatmeal or egg whites
Whole-grain toast
Fruit or juice (small amount)
Black coffee


Meal Two*:
Protein Shake


Meal Three*:
Tuna or low-fat cottage cheese
Low-fat crackers or small amount of brown rice, potatoes or pasta
Raw vegetables


Meal Four*:
Protein shake
Apple


Meal Five*:
Fish or chicken
Potato, pasta or rice
Green Salad


Meal Six*:
Protein snack (of your choice)
*Drink a glass of water with each meal
*Made with water or skim milk

this is the hardest thing that I have trouble with ... How much time are you supposed to give between each meal?
